Stephanopoulos: “Bush is TRYING to scare people”.
Oh, and Pakistan creates a safe haven for al Qaeda in Waziristan.

ASTOUNDING!

I’ve heard talk radio and the cable shows say it a million times, but to actually hear someone in the Mainstream Media freely admit that President Bush is TRYING to scare people because of lagging poll numbers (and to say it so matter-of-factly) is simply astounding!

(Watch the video here.)

On Tuesday’s ABC World News Tonight, resident political commentator George Stephanopoulos freely admitted President Bush was “trying to scare people” in order to get voters to support Republicans this November in recognition of lagging poll numbers!

Terrorist (n) - Someone that uses fear as a means of advancing a political agenda.

And if that news isn’t shocking enough:

How about the fact that Bush’s new best-buddy, Pakistan, has promised to give Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda sanctuary in the Taliban-controlled Northern territory of Waziristan so long as they promise to behave??? Don’t believe me? Watch the video!

Realize that if bin Laden were not already known to be in this territory, he would have to travel there to get there. So this pretty much suggests this is where bin Laden has been hiding AND Pakistan knew it.

Pakistan, a country WITH NUCLEAR WEAPONS, ties to terrorism, and harbors terrorists, became America’s best buddy when they agreed to let us use the airspace over their country to invade Afghanistan after 9/11, but then denied U.S. troops entry into their country to hunt for Osama bin Laden.

In his 2003 State of the Union address, President Bush, in trying to scare the American public into supporting preemptive war against Iraq, said (quote), “We will make no distinction between the terrorists and those who harbor them.” So, what is Pakistan now?

And George made them our new best friend. Makes me feel all warm & fuzzy inside. Or maybe that’s nausia. I think I’m gonna be sick.
